AI is most useful when you know what you want it to help with. Begin with a narrow task: organize notes, compare possible approaches, or draft a first version you can review.
Keep the review in your hands
Give context and ask for a clear format. Then check any names, figures, links, and claims against the original source. A confident answer is not evidence that an answer is right.
Think before sharing information
Leave private account details, customer information, and secrets out of prompts unless you understand the tool's settings and have permission to use that data. You can often describe the problem with a made-up example instead.
